Gluten-free Gnocchi

Make delicious gnocchi with our LEGÙ® BIO blend of legume flours!

INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PEOPLE:

• 100g LEGÙ® BIO blend of legume flours
• 300g vegetable drink (soy / rice / oats or milk)
• 3 g salt
• Nutmeg
• Chives

METHOD

Boil the milk, add salt and nutmeg.
Combine the flour with the boiling milk and mix well with a whisk.
Put it back on the heat for 2 minutes and keep stirring. Let it cool down.
Grease your hands and form the dumplings.
Sauté in a pan with oil, water in equal quantities and chives or gratin at 200°C for 5 minutes.
