INGREDIENTS (for 8 Brownies):

100 g of dark chocolate

50 g of sugar

50 g of dried fruit butter or 40 g of oil

150 ml of oat milk

100 g of LEGÙ® BLEND of Italian legume flours
50 g of rice flour

25 g of hazelnuts or other dried fruit


METHOD

Chop the dark chocolate and pour in the previously heated oat milk.

Once the chocolate has melted, add the butter, the sugar, the Legù legume flour mixture, the rice flour.

Pour into a rectangular mold and cook for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Once cooled, make the traditional squares.
