
Crackers with legume flour
Tasty, crunchy, yummy!
INGREDIENTS (for about 35-40 crackers):
200 g of legume flour Legù
110 g of cold water
22 g of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of fine salt
oregano to taste
METHOD
You can mix them by hand or in a planetary mixer.
Put the flour, oil, water and a pinch of salt in the planetary mixer or on a pastry board. Mix with the leaf or by hand, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a pastry board and then form your crackers in the shape you like best. If desired, sprinkle with oregano.
Bake them on a baking tray covered with baking paper at 200° for 18-20 minutes.
Leave them to cool on a wire rack and keep them in a tin box, so they'll stay crunchy.
