Intrecci with zucchini and shrimp

Try our Intrecci with 2 Organic Legumes!


• 50 g LEGÙ® Intrecci
• 25 g peeled prawns
• 1 small courgette (100g)
• 2 tablespoons of EVO oil
• 1 clove of garlic, to taste
• Salt and Pepper To Taste.
• Parsley or thyme


Wash and cut the courgette into sticks.
In a pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the garlic (if desired) with the courgette, a pinch of
salt and pepper.
Add the Intrecci, blend with ½ glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
Add ½ glass of cold water, cover and cook for 3 minutes. During
at the last minute, add the previously cleaned prawns.
Drizzle with oil and thyme or parsley.
