
LEGÙ pancake with cinnamon
Delicious gluten-free pancakes!
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
• 120 g LEGÙ® MIX PANCAKE with cinnamon
• 190 g apple juice (100% fruit)
• 10 g delicate EVO or sunflower oil
METHOD
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk for about a minute, until
obtain a creamy mixture without lumps.
Grease a pan with oil (dry the excess oil with absorbent paper).
Arrange the dough in spoons, cover with a lid.
Cook 2/3 minutes per side.
Serve with maple syrup, hazelnut cream, honey, jam or fresh fruit
