
LEGÙ pasta salad
The LEGÙ legume pasta salad: simple and super tasty!
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
• 120 g Lilies 4 Legumes LEGÙ®
• 15 dried tomatoes
• a handful of black olives
• 3 tablespoons of EVO oil
• chilli pepper to taste
• basil to taste
• sage to taste
METHOD
Chop the dried tomatoes, fresh chilli pepper and chop the basil and sage.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and add the olives and 3 tablespoons of EVO oil.
Meanwhile, in plenty of boiling water with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, cook the Gigli 4 Legumi LEGÙ for 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Leave to cool and serve cold.
