
Legumes Patties with tomato sauce
Easy, fast, delicious! Prepare them with our patty legumes mix.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
120 g gluten-free meatball mix (LEGÙ)
150 ml of water
235 g tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Fresh oregano
Fresh thyme
1 teaspoon of chopped dry red pepper
METHOD
Pour the meatball mix into a bowl, add the water and mix with a spoon.
Take small portions and form the meatballs with your hands.
Take a non-stick pan and cook the meatballs for a few minutes with a drizzle of oil, turning them often.
In a separate saucepan, put the tomato puree, oil, chilli pepper, salt and heat for a few minutes.
Take a baking dish and add the sauce and meatballs. Garnish with fresh thyme and oregano.
