Aperitif of Wellness!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

For the Focaccine:
• 120 g LEGÙ® MIX PIZZETTE
• 180 g of water
• 10 g of oil
• 30 g apple or grape juice (100% fruit)
Any seasonings to taste


For the Pizzette:
• 120 g LEGÙ® MIX PIZZETTE
• 180 g of water
• 10 g of oil
• 30 g apple or grape juice (100% fruit)
To season 100 g tomato puree, oil
EVO, salt and oregano


METHOD

For the Focaccine:
Mix all the ingredients with a whisk.
Arrange on parchment paper with a spoon forming a muffin at a time.
You can wet them with an emulsion made up of a tablespoon of water and one of oil or
with ¼ of fresh cut tomatoes, salt and oregano.
Bake at 180 ° C for 12/15 minutes.
If you like, a couple of minutes before baking, you can add grated cheese.
We recommend a special version with cheese, orange peel and ground pepper.


For the Pizzette:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well with a whisk, you get a creamy mixture.
Shape the pizzas with a spoon on baking paper and lower them in the center forming the
thicker edge.
Add the seasoned tomato puree.
Bake in the oven at 185 ° C for 12/15 min.
