Savory pie with spinach, cherry tomatoes and feta
Perfect for a delicious aperitif or as an appetizer!
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SAVORY CAKE:
150 g Legù legume flour
120 g brown rice flour
50 ml organic corn oil
100 ml of water
2 pinches of salt
500 g of spinach
10/12 cherry tomatoes
Feta to taste or vegetable cheese
Oregano to taste
Oil seeds to taste
Cook the spinach in boiling water.
After having rolled out and cut out the dough in a circular way, add the filling of:
blanched and drained spinach, a few flakes of feta, cherry tomatoes, oregano, oily seeds.
Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes.
