Do you want to learn how to cook light, protein, gluten-free and very tasty dishes quickly and easily?
The LEGÙ® cooking courses will help you not only to learn new and quick preparations with LEGÙ® products, but also to learn useful information on food labels and healthy, tasty and light nutrition.

Choose the date and course you prefer:
HANDS IN PASTA: how to make good, healthy, protein and even gluten free baked products. Our blend of four legumes will be used as the base product. Both sweet and savory leavened and baked products will be cooked.
SEASONAL: how to make dishes following speedy, light recipes with lots of taste with the possibility of creating a dedicated seasonal menu. Includes: appetizer, main course and dessert.

The cost includes the handouts, the making and tasting of each recipe.
Participants do not have to bring anything, everything needed for cooking will be made available by us.
