Ingredients: 85% LEGÙ ® Blend (Legume flour in variable proportions including white beans, chickpeas, hulled yellow lentils, yellow peas), natural leavening powder (corn starch, potassium tartrate extracted from grapes, sodium bicarbonate), coconut sugar, whole sea salt, 1% cinnamon. GLUTEN FREE
INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED and PROCEDURE:190g of apple juice and 10g of mild oil.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk and mix well, obtained a creamy mixture, place it in cups and bake. Cooking 20 min. 175 °c.
MIX PANCAKE PREPARATION
Cooking time: 4 minutes
Arrange dough with a spoon in a lid, cook 2 minutes on each side.
Cooking time: 20 minutes
