Fusilli with broccoli rabe prawns curry and lemon


250 g Legù fusilli
100 g broccoli rabe, washed and cut into approx. 3 cm pieces
100 g prawns, shelled and washed
unwaxed lemon zest
2 spoonfuls of curry powder
4 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper


Boil a saucepan of water adding a little oil.

Fry the curry powder and some lemon zest for a couple of minutes in a pan with a spoonful of oil and two spoonfuls of water.

When the water boils add the broccoli rabe and when it starts to boil again, add the fusilli with a spoonful of salt. Cook the pasta for 3 minutes on a medium-low flame.

In the meantime add the prawns to the curry sauce and cook for a minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Before draining, stop the pasta from cooking by adding a little cold water. Then pour it into the prawn sauce and let the flavours absorb for 30 seconds.

Serve onto plates, drizzle a little oil and finish by adding the grated lemon zest.
