Put a pot of water on the stove with a little olive oil and salt.
In a frying pan toast the almonds, and add a little oil. sauté quickly the Datterini Tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
When the water simmers, cook the pasta for 1 minute over low heat, then turn off and let the pasta finish cooking passively in the water for 2 minutes.
Stop cooking before draining with a dash of cold water. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce in the pan, cover with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
