Chocolate Muffin Mix


The practical and quick solution to prepare delicious cocoa muffins! You knead them in 1 minute only with water and oil.

You can also make delicious pancakes with this mix. Add vegetable milk or similar, mix with a whisk and spoon the dough into the pan!

Ingredients: 60% LEGù® BLEND (steamed legume flour in variable proportions including white beans, chickpeas, hulled yellow lentils, yellow peas), whole coconut sugar, 12.5% unsweetened cocoa powder, natural leavening powder (corn starch , potassium tartrate extracted from grapes, sodium bicarbonate), whole sea salt. Gluten Free.

To add: Water 5oz, sunflower oil 0.35oz
Preparation: Put all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk and mix well. Place a creamy mixture in the muffin cups and bake at 175°C/345°F for 20 minutes.
