Olive and Lemon Dressing

Olive & Limone is a naturally lemon flavored oil obtained from the contemporary pressing of freshly harvested Nocellara del Belice olives and particularly juicy and precious Sicilian Zagara Bianca lemons. Thanks to this process, the extra virgin olive oil retains all the flavors and properties of the oils present in the lemon peel, eliminating the acidic hints of the juice.

Combinations and uses in the kitchen: ideal in all recipes based on fish and shellfish, red meats, roast beef, pinzimonio. Try it paired with an artichoke and Parmigiano Reggiano salad; it is truly amazing with dark chocolate and with fiordilatte and cream ice cream.
