The Olive & Mandarino tangerine oil is a naturally flavored oil thanks to the contemporary pressing of freshly harvested Nocellara del Belice olives and Sicilian Marzuddu late mandarins, particularly sweet and rich in juice, Slow Food’s Arca del Gusto presidium.

Pairings: It is ideal with spaghetti with shrimp tails, fennel salad, mango and crab meat, but it is truly superb in ricotta-based desserts.
